Some users Know that they are only likely to use their Broadband account for sending Emails and keeping intouch with friends and family so with this in mind why pay for an unrestricted usage account when they could only need a 2gb or a 10gb download usage per month.

Fair usage policy
what is a fair usage policy?  A BT fair usage policy is a download limit of 40gb for a home user and 100gb download for a business user.
